Along with the 20 stores listed in Bronze your music will be distributed to the likes of Gaana, Wynk, Hungama, Resso, Instagram and Facebook, TikTok and many more stores.

No, digital stores and streaming services only work with aggregators and labels directly. We are your representatives and will look after your music and sales for you.

We currently do not provide this type of distribution service.

To check that your release has gone live, just go to the stores you selected for distribution and search for your music.

We won’t charge you for this, and you will also be able to remove all your royalties earned, even if you haven’t reached the threshold.     You are free to leave at any time, there are no lock-in contracts.

This is all done via your account dashboard. Once you have over ₹2000 in your account, you can request a payout to your nominated Paypal account. Payments usually take between 7 and 10 working days to reach your bank account.

The royalty returns on streams is approximately 0.003p per stream, but may vary in different countrres. The amount paid for downloads will also vary, as stores take a commission between 10-30%. 8% is automatically taken by the performing rights societies and then there is around 3-5% variance in bank charges when they send the royalties over. VAT is not applicable on royalties.

If the music is 100% your own original creation, you by default own the copyright and won’t need any licenses (may differ depending on your region). If you’re releasing a cover, remix or a song using samples, you must obtain a license before releasing your music to avoid any possible legal action from the original copyright holders.

Yes, you can. We offer a non-exclusive agreement, meaning that you are free to work with other aggregators, services (Soundcloud), or labels while also working with Abhishek Band Company.  Please note, distributing through two aggregators to the same stores may cause issues with your live content.

You can find the digital contract while signing up on our website, click on “Terms of Service”.

If you would like to exit your contract with Abhishek Band Company, please send an email to management@abcthelabel.in with your release details, and the stores that you would like your releases removed from. We will then perform a take down of your releases and pay out any royalties that are owed to you.  Please note, royalties from some stores may still be reported for up to a year after you have requested a takedown of your releases, so it’s worth leaving your account with us open until all of your royalties have been reported. You will not be charged for this and are free to leave at any time.
